ASICON is India's premier surgical gathering, drawing thousands of general surgeons, oncologists, trauma specialists, and academic professors. Conventions & Exhibitions provided the entire temporary physical infrastructure for ASICON, creating dedicated halls for high-definition live surgical demonstrations, skill development workshops, scientific orations, and surgical instrument trade expos.

The highlight of the infrastructure was the main 4,000-seat surgical plenary dome, engineered with specialized acoustics, anti-glare high-lumen digital projections, and comfortable tiered lecture seating, ensuring every surgeon had clear sightlines to intricate live operative procedures.
