Monumental Execution for National Youth Festival & Bharat Scouts Jamboree

The National Youth Festival and Bharat Scouts & Guides National Jamboree celebrate the vibrant diversity, leadership, and athletic potential of India's youth. Conventions & Exhibitions was commissioned to create the complete physical infrastructure for this multi-acre national festival.

The comprehensive scope included constructing authentic state pavilions representing all 28 states and 8 union territories of India, large outdoor cultural amphitheatres with multi-level stage rigging, youth adventure encampments, mass dining hangars, and central administrative headquarters. The infrastructure was engineered to support intensive week-long 24-hour activities with uncompromised safety and civic amenities.

Structural & Logistical Feats

Designing distinct, culturally authentic thematic facades for diverse state exhibitions using modular and sustainable materials.
Managing large energetic crowds of thousands of youth participants across active sports, cultural performances, and parade drill grounds.
Delivering heavy-duty sanitary, electrical, and living quarters in temporary open-field conditions during winter seasons.
